IWB - When President Barack Obama asked Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton to be his secretary of state in 2009, “everybody was concerned by the obvious fact that America’s chief diplomat, who charts our foreign policy with foreign governments … is taking all this foreign money” for her family’s foundation, says Peter Schweizer, author of “Clinton Cash.”

So, when Hillary pledged extra disclosure and transparency to the Senate Foreign Relations Committee — then chaired by John Kerry — the Obama White House, and government ethics officials, it now appears she just lied to them all, says Schweizer.

Schweizer finds it “mind-boggling” that Hillary lied to Obama. He set out the specific conditions for her being secretary of state so as not to impugn his administration’s integrity and campaign promises on transparency. Instead, she created “the impression in a way that Barack Obama was working for the Clintons, not the Clintons or Hillary was working for him.”

Today, Schweizer connects the dots in this captivating interview between his 2015 research, the revelation of Hillary’s controversial private server, the WikiLeaks and Judicial Watch emails, and her effort to destroy thousands of emails.

He believes Hillary’s private and hidden emails connect directly to the favors for Clinton cash.

“They needed to have a means of communication on a global scale that allowed them to talk about favors that donors wanted, to talk about favors that could be done for donors, to talk about the flow of money in a way that could not be detected by anyone else,” he says in this video interview.

Unless held to the same rules as others, he says, this pattern by public officials using their offices for private gain will repeat itself. He notes that Obama appears already poised to repeat the pattern with his own foundation, with the help of Marty Nesbitt, a Chicago businessman.

Schweizer says for-profit education is an example of an industry targeted by government policymakers. He discusses the value of “protection money” given to connected family and friends when the government starts picking winners and losers. Schweizer uses the examples of the University of Phoenix, Laureate International and ITT Tech, which was shuttered in September. Just recently, Judicial Watch exposed a favor done for Laureate International and other Clinton Foundation sponsors.

Jeffrey Epstein is a jet-set Democratic mega donor from Palm Beach, accused of trafficking nearly three-dozen underage girls for sex with himself and his powerful political, Wall Street, and celebrity friends. Through his legal team, led by Roy Black, Epstein secured a sealed plea deal, in which he pled guilty to only one count related to prostitution with a minor, registered as a sex offender, served only a portion of in-home detention, just 13 months of a 19-month sentence within his plush South Florida mansion. A sentence, which was a slap on the wrist, considering Epstein was tied by Palm Beach Police to as many as 40 under-aged girls.

In the DNC email chain released by Wikiweaks, flight records show that former President Bill Clinton flew around the world multiple times on the billionaire’s private jet, which was dubbed the “Lolita Express” for its reported reputation of onboard orgies. Clinton took more than 26 flights with Epstein around the world, and flew 10 times abroad to party at the Epstein island home in question, during that period, according to FAA flight logs. The flight logs show that Clinton dismissed his U.S. Secret Service detail for five of those trips.

Attorneys for Epstein have touted his close friendship with the Clintons, claiming the billionaire helped start the Clinton’s family foundation, and he also hosted a trip to Africa in 2002 on his private Boeing 727 for the foundation, which Bill Clinton himself attended. There were multiple witnesses in the Epstein case, along with the flight logs, which place Bill Clinton with Epstein during that time.

So many details have come to the surface about Donald Trump and Bill Clinton’s relationships with women other than their wives, but their friendship with Jeffrey Epstein, a convicted pedophile, seems to have gone under the wire, as neither candidate wants to discuss a convicted pedophile who each of them vacationed with, says the Daily Caller.

Suggestions of lewd comments and “grabbing” women seem to pale in comparison to even the suggestion of sex with girls below the age of consent. Jeffrey Epstein was said to have run a sex ring, where young girls were trafficked for the pleasure of his “elite circle of friends.” He served time and settled with 17 of his underaged victims.

True Pundit - New York Police Department detectives and prosecutors working an alleged underage sexting case against former Congressman Anthony Weiner have turned over a newly-found laptop he shared with wife Huma Abedin to the FBI with enough evidence “to put Hillary (Clinton) and her crew away for life,” NYPD sources told True Pundit.

NYPD sources said Clinton’s “crew” also included several unnamed yet implicated members of Congress in addition to her aides and insiders.

The NYPD seized the computer from Weiner during a search warrant and detectives discovered a trove of over 500,000 emails to and from Hillary Clinton, Abedin and other insiders during her tenure as secretary of state. The content of those emails sparked the FBI to reopen its defunct email investigation into Clinton on Friday.

But new revelations on the contents of that laptop, according to law enforcement sources, implicate the Democratic presidential candidate, her subordinates, and even select elected officials in far more alleged serious crimes than mishandling classified and top secret emails, sources said. NYPD sources said these new emails include evidence linking Clinton herself and associates to:

• Money laundering
• Child exploitation
• Sex crimes with minors (children)
• Perjury
• Pay to play through Clinton Foundation
• Obstruction of justice
• Other felony crimes

NYPD detectives and a NYPD Chief, the department’s highest rank under Commissioner, said openly that if the FBI and Justice Department fail to garner timely indictments against Clinton and co- conspirators, NYPD will go public with the damaging emails now in the hands of FBI Director James Comey and many FBI field offices.

“What’s in the emails is staggering and as a father, it turned my stomach,” the NYPD Chief said. “There is not going to be any Houdini-like escape from what we found. We have copies of everything. We will ship them to Wikileaks or I will personally hold my own press conference if it comes to that.”

The NYPD Chief said once Comey saw the alarming contents of the emails he was forced to reopen a criminal probe against Clinton.

“People are going to prison,” he said.

Meanwhile, FBI sources said Abedin and Weiner were cooperating with federal agents, who have taken over the non-sexting portions of the case from NYPD. The husband-and-wife Clinton insiders are both shopping for separate immunity deals, sources said.

“If they don’t cooperate they are going to see long sentences,” a federal law enforcement source said.

NYPD sources said Weiner or Abedin stored all the emails in a massive Microsoft Outlook program on the laptop. The emails implicate other current and former members of Congress and one high-ranking Democratic Senator as having possibly engaged in criminal activity too, sources said.

Prosecutors in the office of US Attorney Preet Bharara have issued a subpoena for Weiner’s cell phones and travel records, law enforcement sources confirmed. NYPD said it planned to order the same phone and travel records on Clinton and Abedin, however, the FBI said it was in the process of requesting the identical records. Law enforcement sources are particularly interested in cell phone activity and travel to the Bahamas, U.S. Virgin Islands and other locations that sources would not divulge.

The new emails contain travel documents and itineraries indicating Hillary Clinton, President Bill Clinton, Weiner and multiple members of Congress and other government officials accompanied convicted pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein on his Boeing 727 on multiple occasions to his private island in the U.S Virgin Islands, sources said. Epstein’s island has also been dubbed Orgy Island or Sex Slave Island where Epstein allegedly pimps out underage girls and boys to international dignitaries.

Both NYPD and FBI sources confirm based on the new emails they now believe Hillary Clinton traveled as Epstein’s guest on at least six occasions, probably more when all the evidence is combed, sources said. Bill Clinton, it has been confirmed in media reports spanning recent years, too traveled with Epstein over 20 times to the island.

Michael Sainato - On November 1, WikiLeaks released an email that revealed one of the most dubious pay-to-play examples between the Clinton Foundation and the Clintons.

In a March 2015 email, Clinton Foundation director of foreign policy Amitabh Desai asked the Clinton campaign whether Bill Clinton could meet with Ukrainian Clinton Foundation billionaire donor Victor Pinchuk. The purpose of the meeting was to use Bill Clinton as a selling point to other Western leaders, so that Pinchuk could make a statement in opposition to Russian Leader Vladimir Putin.

“Victor Pinchuk is relentlessly following up (including this morning) about a meeting with WJC in London or anywhere in Europe. Ideally he wants to bring together a few western leaders to show support for Ukraine, with WJC probably their most important participant,” wrote Desai. “I sense this is so important because Pinchuk is under Putin’s heel right now, feeling a great degree of pressure and pain for his many years of nurturing stronger ties with the West.”

According to an August piece in The Wall Street Journal, when she was secretary of state, Hillary Clinton hosted a dinner with Pinchuk, who retained a lobbyist to schedule meetings with the State Department. The New York Times reported several meetings were indeed scheduled with the State Department on behalf or with Pinchuk, who donated between $10 million and $25 million to the Clinton Foundation, and has lent his private plane to the Clintons.

Though it is unclear if the meeting between Bill Clinton and Pinchuk occurred, the newly released email reveals Bill Clinton does political favors for Clinton Foundation donors completely unrelated to any philanthropy, and that those donations buy donors access to the Clintons. The email and relationship between Pinchuk and the Clintons also provides another reason the Clinton campaign—besides serving as a useful anti-Trump tool—aggressively pushes anti-Putin rhetoric.

Newsweek reported in early 2015 that Pinchuk’s trading with Iran may breach U.S. sanctions imposed against the country. Interpipe Group, owned by Pinchuk, made a series of shipments to Iran in 2011 and 2012. “Interpipe may qualify for penalties due to the mere presence on American soil of North American Interpipe Inc, its United States subsidiary,” wrote Rory Ross. “The U.S. authorities can also penalize non-American companies with no base in the U.S. at all which it judges to be working counter to its foreign policy, as happened to Zhuhai Zhenrong, a Chinese oil company, in 2012.” Ross noted the person in charge of this list when the shipments to Iran were made was Hillary Clinton.

While Pinchuk’s close ties to the Clintons had already solicited scrutiny towards the foundation, this recent WikiLeaks email debunks still more of the defenses and claims used by the Clinton campaign regarding their supposed charitable organization.

The Clinton Foundation is a Huge Slush Fund for the Clintons

Private foundations are generally financially supported by one or a small handful of sources—an individual, a family, or a corporation. There are a few different kinds of private foundations: independent, family, and corporate. These categories are not legally defined. Rather, they are commonly used in the field of philanthropy to distinguish the different kinds of private foundations. Private foundations must pay out at least five percent of their assets each year in the form of grants and operating charitable activities. A private operating foundation is a kind of private foundation and must operate under similar rules. However, it does not have to pay out 5 percent or more of its assets each year in grants. Instead, it must carry out its own charitable purposes. All private foundations are 501(c)(3) organizations. Under the Internal Revenue Code, a charity is presumed to be a private foundation unless it can prove that it is a public charity. [Council on Foundations]

The Clinton foundation only donates 5.6% of their earnings to charity [the minimum required by law], despite Hillary knowingly and blatantly lying to the American people by claiming they donated 90% at the last debate, but she is counting on you to not do research, and her mainstream media to not report it.

The Clintons make all their charitable contributions to their private foundation, the Clinton Family Foundation. It is basically a pass-through, the kind of charity commonly used by many wealthy people. It does no direct charitable work but passes money to others. Hillary and Bill Clinton passed $23.2 million between 2001 and 2015 to their foundation. That figure comes from the Clintons’ joint tax returns, which the Democratic nominee has released. In that 15-year period — the years since the Clintons left the White House — they earned about $237 million in adjusted gross income, much of it from speaking fees and book royalties. So Clinton and her husband donated about 9.8 percent of their adjusted gross income to their slush fund to spend as they wish. [Source]

The 12 page document goes in detail over how Bill Clinton monetized the foundation. The basic context is that, at some point in 2011 there was a civil war inside the foundation, with Teneo/Doug Band on one side, and Chelsea Clinton on the other.  In this attachment, Band tries to justify himself by going over how much money he has made for the Clintons.  It also dispels and puts to rest the notion that the Clintons don't make money from the Foundation. In fact, it demonstrates that the Clinton fortune and the Foundation are indistinguishable and essentially the same, and that donations to the Foundation come with kickbacks for all involved.

The Clinton Foundation even hired a law firm to find out if their pay-to-play scheme would jeopardize their charitable status with the IRS.

Doug Band (who was to Bill what Huma Abedin is to Hillary) described his work as running "Bill Clinton Inc." Essentially, the memo describes Teneo as the revenue-generating arm of Clinton, Inc. - for Clinton speeches, foundation money, etc. It also details quite a bit of offshore money that came in.

Band was selling his clients on idea that giving to the Foundation was a way to bolster their influence.

The Clinton Foundation lists Donald J. Trump as a contributor with a cumulative lifetime donation amount between $100,001 to $250,000. It’s not clear if Trump himself made a personal contribution, but tax forms show that the Donald J. Trump Foundation (which Trump controls) donated $100,000 to the foundation in 2009 and reserved a table at the Clinton Foundation gala for $10,000 in 2010. Trump’s daughter Ivanka is also listed as a donor who gave between $5,001 and $10,000 and her father-in-law, Charles Kushner, gave between $250,001 and $500,000. Trump’s gift amount places him in the top 0.2 percent of the foundation’s donors. Most of its 300,000 donors (85.5 percent) gave less than $250. Vigilant Citizen - I am sometimes asked why I write mostly about popular culture when I could focus on “more important” issues such as the presidential election. The short answer? Presidential elections are not important. At the risk of sounding like an old cynic: The game is rigged. No matter who is in office, the same agenda moves forward, and that agenda is set by people who stay far away from anything resembling a democratic process. For this reason, presidential elections are nothing more than gigantic puppet shows intended for a gigantic audience. While the masses are dazzled by the puppets’ crazy antics, only a few pay attention to the actual puppet-masters. Whether it is the Democrats or the Republicans in the White House, the same shadow government is behind the scenes, advancing policy laid out by the world elite.

Presidential elections, along with the media circus that surrounds them, are not a “democratic process”. They are a facade with little to no substance. Some issues are allowed to be discussed while others are totally ignored. This year’s election is no different. The agenda is already set and the candidates are each playing their role. While they appear to be in sharp opposition on various topics, the candidates are actually part of the same team.
