On the verge of the arrival to the United States of Pope Francis, Jorge Bergoglio, the American government has received from Interpol a copy of an outstanding arrest warrant against Bergoglio issued by the International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) on July 18, 2014. On that date, Bergoglio was found guilty as charged by the Court on two counts of committing and aiding or abetting crimes against humanity, including the trafficking of children, and sentenced in absentia to twenty five years imprisonment.
According to a source in Interpol, a copy of the arrest warrant was delivered to the US State Department by special courier on Friday, September 18, along with a formal request to the American government to comply with the terms of the arrest warrant and detain the named offender, Jorge Bergoglio.
The issuing of a similar warrant by a European government to the Vatican in early February, 2013 compelled the sudden resignation of former Pope Benedict, who was similarly convicted by the ICLCJ that same month.
Pope Francis – Bergoglio already faces protests and disruptions of his five day American tour following his controversial decision to “canonize” a genocidal catholic missionary and attend a Philadelphia gathering reputedly linked to an in-house catholic child trafficking network. “These controversies will make it difficult for the Obama government to simply ignore the Interpol notice and standing arrest warrant” commented Kevin Annett today from New York City, where he and an ITCCS delegation are meeting with United Nations officials regarding Bergoglio’s visit.

Recently, the Canadian government officially acknowledged that thousands of Indian children died under its care in the infamous, church-run Indian residential school system. (New York Times, June 3, 2015) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Canada, Beverley MacLachlan, has stated publicly that genocide did in fact take place in these schools. And yet despite this acknowledgement, and the proven intent by Canadian church and state to wipe out non-Christian Indians under the cover of parochial schooling, the perpetrators will apparently face no consequence for their crime.
In what is a clear and gross obstruction of justice, Canada and its churches have since 2008 indemnified themselves from any liability for the deaths of these children, silenced eyewitnesses and hidden or destroyed key evidence, and actively impeded a genuine investigation of the Indian residential schools atrocities. As one observer of the government’s stage-managed “Truth and Reconciliation Commission” (TRC) noted last year,
“Canada is spending $68 million to create an appearance of disclosure while censoring from the TRC record any evidence that may implicate itself and the churches in the death of children. Lacking even the power to subpoena or prosecute those responsible for what is obvious genocide, the TRC can best be described as a failed attempt at cosmetics.”
Realistically, one can expect such manipulation and cover-up by any regime caught in its own malfeasance. Canada is hardly unique in that respect. Nevertheless, under the United Nations’ Genocide Convention, which Canada ratified in 1952 and to which it owes compliance, all signatories to the Convention must actively “prosecute and punish” Genocide once it has been proven. Not only has Canada not fulfilled this obligation under international law, but it has actively subverted this moral and legal requirement, and impeded justice.
For a growing number of Canadians, it is difficult to justify our allegiance to a government that is operating as a rogue body under the Law of Nations. That law – especially the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court – absolves citizens from allegiance to their own government when the latter is perpetrating or concealing war crimes or Crimes against Humanity, as Canada is clearly doing. This fact should give solace and encouragement to the nearly sixty percent of Canadians who want an end to their ties with the Crown of England – one of the main actors of the Canadian Genocide.
More broadly, the authority of “Canada” and its crown courts as a whole is in question, operating as they are as unaccountable bodies that flout the rule of law. Time and again, these courts have denied and circumvented litigation brought by aboriginal people that attempted to charge Canada and the Crown with genocide. As one frustrated native litigant said to me in 1998,
“Was Auschwitz just about rapes and beatings? Then how come the mass murder of our people is?”
It is a fact that Canada, the British Crown, the Vatican and the Roman Catholic, Anglican and United Church of Canada were responsible for sustaining an annual death rate in the Indian residential schools of nearly fifty percent for over a half century: a fact that makes highly suspect the “official” claim of only 4,000 deaths in these schools.The routine and deliberate spreading of tuberculosis among healthy children, the systematic rape, torture and killing of non-Christian Indians, the standard practice of sexually sterilizing children at puberty in special Indian hospitals, and the continued destruction of native families and their lands and resources: all of these proven crimes point to an enormous and very intentional Genocide.
Indians in Canada today continue to die at the same levels as they did during the residential schools era. The routine trafficking of native children, murder of Indians by police, and desecration of ancestral lands by resource-hungry corporations is as much a feature of Canada as are the stereotypical red coated Mounties.
No-one is obligated to fund or obey the laws of a criminal regime like Canada. The Nuremberg precedents establish that such a regime has lost its right to lawfully govern: a fact that is fueling a growing movement to create a constitutional Republic in Canada that is free of the murderous legacy of Church and Crown.
Sir Edward Coke, a champion of the Common Law against the arbitrary rule of the British monarchy, declared to King Charles in 1628,
“Be you ever so high, you are not above the law”.
This unalienable truth is more than a warning to tyrants and criminals in high office: it can and must be an operating principle when dealing with our home grown war crimes. The only question now is what agency will compel such justice, and disestablish criminal institutions like those in Canada?
The answer, of course, is We the People: the source of all government, justice, and law.

On September 22, the world’s oldest lie and its greatest crime is coming to the heartland of America. The aim of this power is to enlist Americans in its plan to establish a single tyranny over humanity: not a one world government, but a global corporatocracy of one master and many slaves. The mask worn by this power is the Church of Rome and its ruler, Jorge Bergoglio.
For many years I have helped to document and expose the murderous nature of this power called the Vatican, and to prosecute it for its crimes against children and so many others. In so doing, we have pulled back its deceptive mask and shown it for what it is, in all of its corruption, ritual sacrifice and murder. And as we have done so, we have revealed how cowardly this entity is: how it in fact has no true power, but flees from our exposure of it, and hides behind its lies so as to continue to confuse humanity, now that we can see it for what it is.
And so, despite our exposure of this oldest enemy of mankind, its hold over the minds and hearts of many people continues. Because of our success in exposing and confronting it, this power in Rome has donned a new, deceptive mask in the form of a smiling old man in a white robe, who speaks of compassion while he honors and names as a “saint” a mass murderer of Indians; who calls for “saving the planet” while funding and profiting off GMO companies, Big Pharma and the arms industry; and who presents himself as a new hope for mankind while hiding his own trafficking and murder of innocent children. And very soon, this smiling lie calling itself Pope Francis will be meeting with the United States government and the United Nations to enlist their help in imposing a new global tyranny over mankind.
To those with understanding, we have no need to explain the demonic nature of the Vatican and its imprisoned followers. But whether or not we share this understanding, we are united with many men and women around the world in our determination to stop the crimes of the Vatican and abolish its power in the world. And we have learned from hard won experience that we can in fact halt and undermine this thing called the Church of Rome, despite all of its apparent power: but only if we use the weapons of God and our own humanity to nullify the authority of Rome and its puppet governments and laws.
This past week, we have demonstrated once again how even a few of us standing in the power of truth can force the Vatican to back away from its plans. For when Jorge Bergoglio learned that some of our people plan to confront and stop the child trafficking event known as the World Meeting of Families in Philadelphia, he changed his itinerary to avoid the most public aspect of that event. Bergoglio knows his own guilt and the crimes of his church, and that guilt makes him weak and defensive; for he knows too how our same efforts have forced the removal of his predecessor, Joseph Ratzinger, and that Jorge Bergoglio himself faces a standing citizen arrest warrant because of his own violation of children.
The truth itself is God’s own revealed power, but it needs men and women to wield it. We cannot act alone. It is now time for everyone of conscience to stop this global criminal power in Rome: everyone, starting with the police and the judges and the soldiers who are the peace keepers of America, who can and must defend our children and our liberties against the openly murderous church of Rome – especially now that the United States government is aiding and abetting its crimes, and thereby is committing crime itself, in your name and with your tax money.

As a convicted criminal, and as the head of a body whose policies of protecting child rapists is a clear threat to the children, the laws and the sovereignty of the United States of America, Jorge Bergoglio needs to be prevented from entering America, and deported if he does arrive. That is simply the law. Bergoglio must be confronted, and exposed, for we know that children will die at the hands of him and his followers when he is in America. If we do not act, and confront these child killers in church robes, at least four innocent children will die brutally in Ninth Circle sacrificial rituals that will be conducted in catholic churches in Washington DC on September 23, and in Philadelphia on September 26.Two of these children are Indians, a boy and a girl, who were taken from the Gila reservation in Arizona.

And so even as some of us chosen for the task will take on and confront this Beast, the majority of Americans and people everywhere must publicly demonstrate their denial of it by boycotting Jorge Bergoglio and his visit. Turn off your TV and internet, and ignore the news coverage of his trip. Surround catholic churches and call on its people to stay out of them and to stop funding the murderous church of Rome. Refuse to do anything during the five days of his visit to America, and fast and pray for the evil to depart. For by such a public lamentation and shunning of Bergoglio and his lies, we are weakening that Lie and nullifying its power to deceive and violate and murder.
But even more importantly, by our turning our collective back on the entity of Rome in this way we are embodying a divine reality, which is the source of our power and our hope: the reality that in the face of the abomination in Rome and its centuries of crimes against God and humanity, God has nullified the false church of Rome and all of the worldly authority that serves it. For we are on the brink of a new world: not the tyranny being concocted by global elites, but the reign of God’s law as a new covenant with humanity.
And so now we each must make a simple choice, concerning what power we will serve: lies or truth; life or mass murder; the global corporatocracy, or the new, common law covenant of free people that stands over and above our allegiance to all governments, all laws, and all religions.

Investigative team definitively links top Canadian politicians, churchmen to child trafficking and sacrifices, and to death of investigator – Key ITCCS leaders placed in protective quarantine
Montreal:
After nearly a year of investigations and relying on undercover informants, the ITCCS has established that at least two Canadian senators, a former cabinet minister in the Harper government and three senior church officials are actively engaged in trafficking children for sexual and sacrificial purposes in the Ottawa-Montreal area.
The ITCCS has also learned that these same accused men are complicit in the 2014 murder of Ottawa police inspector Kal Ghadban, who was investigating the disappearance of children at the hands of the accused; and that key ITCCS investigators in Canada, including Rev. Kevin Annett, are also being targeted for elimination by them.
The six accused men are Senators Larry Campbell and Patrick Brazeau, former Harper cabinet minister Denis Lebel, Quebec Catholic Cardinal Gerald Lacroix, and Anglican Bishops Fred Hiltz and Bob Bennett.
The full details of the exhaustive investigation by a special ITCCS team were shared this past weekend with the ITCCS Central Council during its closed gathering near Montreal. In response, the Council has placed Rev. Kevin Annett and other Canadian investigators under a protective quarantine, and announced plans to convene a new common law court in Canada in the new year to indict and prosecute the six accused men.
The Council will be issuing a full public statement to the global media this week, along with excerpts from the Investigative Report.
A Council spokesman said today,
“All of these accused men have been under investigation for some time. Senator Campbell has been named by police sources in Vancouver as a major suspect in the disappearance of aboriginal women at the notorious Pickton farm. Senator Brazeau has already pleaded guilty in a Quebec court to charges of sexual assault with a deadly weapon and drug trafficking. Denis Lebel, his friend Cardinal Lacroix, and Bishops Hiltz and Bennett have all been named by government and church insiders as active participants in the Ninth Circle ritual killing of children, at secret catholic church facilities in Montreal and Rome. We will be issuing indictments against all of these men, based on sworn testimony.”

Philadelphia:
A planned disruption of a notorious child trafficking event in Philadelphia on September 26 has forced Jorge Bergoglio, “Pope Francis”, to cut short his upcoming “diplomatic visit” to the United States, according to sources in the Vatican.
Local child abuse survivors and a special ITCCS team have targeted the “World Meeting of Families” event in Philadelphia for disruption after it was learned that the event will be a cover for a secret gathering of prominent child traffickers associated with the catholic Opus Dei and Knights of Columbus groups. These traffickers include at least one Cardinal and several Bishops associated with Pope Francis’ retinue.
According to one Vatican source, upon learning of the planned disruption of the event, Pope Francis insisted on a revision of his itinerary to avoid any contact with the site of the protest, and he will apparently be leaving Philadelphia for Rome “at least a day earlier than originally planned”.
However, the Pope still plans to appear at a “special conference” with local Bishops, including those clergy associated with the Opus Dei-Knights of Columbus trafficking network, while he is in Philadelphia, according to the same source.
Special ITCCS Adviser Kevin Annett commented today from New York City,
“These ‘conferences’ often include the ritual rape and killing of children, according to a growing number of witnesses, including from within the church. We have learned that at least two children from the Navaho or Gila Indian reservations will be ritually killed during the Pope’s visit, by the very men with whom he will be meeting and ‘praying’, and perhaps even by Jorge Bergoglio himself.”
Other protests against the Pope during his USA tour will include an aboriginal convergence to oppose Bergoglio’s “canonization” of a genocidal California missionary, Junipero Serra, in Washington DC on September 23; and an ITCCS-sponsored action outside the United Nations on September 25. Spiritual elders will also be conducting public exorcisms at the site of Bergoglio’s catholic masses in New York and Washington.

Imagine for a moment the present global tyranny not simply as a visible system of corporatism, violence and corruption, but as a vast energy transfer, sucking the wealth, vitality and life from billions of people and the biosphere itself into one massive machine. Call that machine whatever you like; its nature and behavior is geared towards a single purpose, and that is the absorption of life into itself. It is one enormous feeder, and we are its morsels.
To first understand this simple truth equips us inwardly to stop this insatiable complex and our participation in it, far better than can mere political analysis. But understanding alone does not free us to act.

The Chinese general Sun Tzu, writing thousands of years ago, had the best practical understanding of how such an awareness of the essential energy behind reality can and must be used in concrete struggles, especially in war and politics. “Nothing is permanent in life except conflict and change” he wrote in his Art of War. “One either masters the shih of one’s opponent or is mastered by it.”
If we set aside our western philosophical bias that dualistically separates matter from spirit, we recognize that Sun Tzu is accurately describing the dance that occurs in any conflict with an adversary. As he writes,
“Enemies, like all opposites, are mutually dependent on one another, being part of a greater unity and purpose. Thus, enemies are defeated not by their destruction but by their absorption into that greater whole.”
In short, we can win any engagement not by outnumbering or crushing an opponent, but by re-directing his own essential energy into the outcome we desire. This fact is of obvious relevance to us, since as a small movement we face what appears to be overwhelming odds.
A classic example of how a small force can triumph over a huge adversary is found from our own campaign in Canada to indict church and state for Genocide. That campaign, consisting of a few dozen of us in three cities, successfully forced Canada and its churches to respond on our terms by admitting their crime and helping to commence their own dissolution. For by acceding to the new reality we had presented, the old matrix called “Christian Canada” surrendered to us its shih by responding on our terms. This surrender helped to energize our agenda of disestablishing Crown and Church: a process that is continuing now to unfold. This new power alignment is crumbling Canada and laying the basis for a new shih arrangement that we call the Republic of Kanata.
What achieved this victory were not our numbers but our strategic position, our visible persistence, and our ability to out maneuver and re-direct the shih of the system, armed as we were with an undeniable truth and evidence that kept both church and state constantly fearful and on the defensive.

ReplyDeleteSimilarly but even more stunning is the other, greater victory that flowed from this first one: namely, the blow against the Vatican in Rome, and our historic deposing of Pope Benedict in February 2013 by our public conviction of him and other top catholic officials for the same genocide.
This successful mastering by us of a hugely more powerful opponent’s shih happened because our small movement deliberately used a strategy of guerrilla warfare, which is summed up by Sun Tzu thus:
First, when I am few and my enemy is many, I can use the few to strike the many because those whom I battle are restricted, being larger and more unwieldy. Their strength thereby becomes their weakness.
Second, do not respond to the ground your enemy has prepared for you, but instead, shape their ground. Then they have no alternative but to be led by you, as if it was their own idea.
Third, hide the time of battle from an enemy, and make what he loves and defends your first objective. By aiming at and seizing what the enemy holds dear, their greater strength and plans are rendered useless, and they must stop and respond on your terms, no matter how small are your forces.
Thus, on March 17, 2008 during Palm Sunday services, two of our action groups occupied without warning the largest catholic cathedrals in Vancouver and Toronto, making headlines across Canada with our demand that the genocidal churches be prosecuted and forced to return the remains of the Indian children they killed. We also announced that we were commencing an international court action to charge Canada with genocide.
Less than a month later, the government announced for the first time an “inquiry” into the missing residential school children. This led directly to the official Parliamentary “apology” just three months later, in July 2008, and the subsequent official admission by Ottawa that genocide did indeed occur in Canada at the cost of thousands of dead children.
By striking unexpectedly at the Achilles’ heel of the main instigator of genocide – behind its own lines, amidst its most “sacred” ritual – we not only shocked and frightened the enemy but created the field of battle and forced our opponent in its fear to respond on our terms. Since then, no-one in Canada has dared anymore to deny that children were killed in the residential schools, and that it was indeed genocide. In this way, just a few of us reshaped the national narrative; or, in Sun Tzu’s words, we mastered the shih of an enormous adversary and re-directed it on our terms.
Similarly, the shock wave that deposed Pope Benedict has continued to spread, forcing four other resignations by top Vatican officers named in our common law court indictments, and compelling an enormous and desperate public relations effort by the present “pope” to shore up Rome’s collapsing credibility. What is this but living proof of the ability of a small force to absorb the shih of the biggest and oldest enemy imaginable: the Vatican Incorporated?
Compare these stunning victories by a handful of people with the negligible results of many thousands of protestors standing outside government buildings and waving placards, and thereby surrendering their collective shih to their adversary. For the unstated message of any group of protestors to some external power is clearly this: “We acknowledge your authority; you have the power, not us. All we ask is that you change things for us.” This is not change on the terms of the people, but accommodation to elite rule, regardless of the outcome.

ReplyDeleteTo establish a new collective shih, we must not resist or combat the old regime but absorb its own shih, as we did with Canada and the Vatican. And yet in practice, old habits of thought and deference prevent even the best of us from doing so consistently on our own.
I continually experience this within all of the groups I work with. While holding to the vision of a new independent Republic based on common law, our best people will still insist on going into the lawless “crown” or de facto courts to remedy the latest injustice done against them. They cannot simply turn away from the old regime. Their psychological and energetic dependence on what is familiar runs far deeper within them than they understand, because one’s position within the collective symbiosis is largely invisible to the untrained mind. In short, we are all part of a bigger and hidden “group mind” – the Bible calls it our Angel – that can only be nullified by another collective.
What this means in practice is that, regardless of anyone’s degree of personal “awareness”, everyone seems to be waiting in trepidation for something or someone else to make the final break and bring in a new regime. Until then, people tend to accommodate, and worry about how to “protect” themselves and others within the present system. It is therefore hardly surprising that our membership within the Republic and common law movement has remained largely a passive one, with their eyes and feet mired in the past, waiting for someone else’s leadership.
The only remedy for this immobility is provided collectively through the creation of another group identity and system into which we can draw people out of the status quo; and, by that moment when a critical mass is reached and not only consciousness but the capacity to act differently emerges among many people. This emergence is always unpredictable, but when it occurs, a huge shift across society happens almost overnight, as history amply demonstrates. And then the new shih alignment can become an actuality.
In many ways, all that we do today is a preparation for the opportunities created by the moment in time, that upcoming window of action, when a new and free society can come into being from the ground up. To quote Sun Tzu again,
Operations must always be geared to the rapid seizure and exploitation of the key moment of opportunity created in battle, which can never be predicted. The prime purpose of operational commanders is to recognize and act decisively upon such fleeting moments.
The operational commanders, in our case, are the on-the-ground local organizers whose job it is to build the movement in their communities by empowering wider numbers with the idea and reality that they can govern themselves according to a new and higher law, completely separate from the existing institutions. To use an example from American history, local militia across New England were closing down crown courts, burning mortgage deeds and defending the people and their land against British troops, long before the first shots were fired at Lexington and Concord. And only such an already conscious and active populace could have made the Revolution.
In that regard, our convening of the Peoples’ Assemblies is an expression of this long struggle to establish a new collective shih, because it puts flesh on the idea that fundamental change lies only in our own hands.

6. As the chief fiduciary officer of the Roman Catholic Church, why have you not revoked its criminal policy known as Crimen Sollicitationas, by which every Catholic is obligated to protect child rapists in your church, and thereby subvert the laws and sovereignty of their own nation?
7. Why have you claimed publicly that your church will cooperate with outside authorities to stop child abuse in its ranks, while telling your Bishops that they are not to inform the police when children are abused in your church?
8. Why are you allowing the Vatican Bank to continue its massive laundering of the money of organized crime and drug cartels, including the Drangheta criminal syndicate? Is it because in exchange, Drangheta has provided to your church’s Ninth Circle sacrificial cult the children and adolescents to be tortured and killed at its rituals?

11. What knowledge do you have of the murder of Pope John Paul 1 in September 1978 by a faction of Catholic Cardinals associated with former Pope Benedict, Joseph Ratzinger?
12. Did you collude with Pope Benedict to conceal his own crimes in helping to traffic and kill children as part of his membership in the Ninth Circle cult and the Nazi S.S. “Knights of Darkness”, when he was a member of that sect?
13. Why are you “beatifying” the murderous California missionary Junipero Serra, who led the Spanish conquest of aboriginal nations there, enslaving and killing thousands of men, women and children on Franciscan-run slave plantations?
14. Why are you posing as a humanitarian reformer when you are the head of a global criminal syndicate known as the Vatican, Incorporated, which traffics and kills children and funds transnational organized crime?

Having been lawfully convicted of these and other crimes by a Citizen’s Tribunal and its common law court in September of 2013, and since an international arrest warrant has been issued against you, will you continue to evade and obstruct justice? When will you surrender yourself to justice, and the verdict of this court and humanity?
